1.200 km and 15 laps in the spoor of the legendary knight El Cid, from Burgos to Valencia diagonally through the Spanish interior and the mountains of the Sistema Ibérico. A fantastic way to experience the unknown depths of Spain. We string the natural reserves together and even bike nearly 500 km above 1.000 m of altitude ! As promised back on the calendar in 2012, with some surprising changes.

Of course we do not follow the arrowed, more touristic camino del Cid, but rather a proprietary, sportive version through the provinces of Castilla y Leon, Soria, Guadalajara, Teruel and Valencia.

An unforgettable raid of which we are especially proud.

The laps have a high off-road quality and are very hefty, especially because of their sheer length. Technically quite bikeable: a strong biker or bikester will only need to foot it through rivers and at fences. But the laps are long, with a lot of altimeters towards the end of the raid.
