Our rating system gives an idea of the required
fitness level and of what you can expect of
technical riding and trails.
The first number stands for the fitness level:
1: for starting or occasional bikers
2: for experienced bikers, who go out
every week in search for the better trails
3: for the experienced and well trained bikers,
who don't shun a challenge
The second number stands for technical riding,
keep in mind that all our raids are real
mountain bike trips and paved roads
are avoided wherever possible:
1: generally good rolling terrain, at moments gnarly stretches
but in normal conditions a trained biker can stay on his bike
at all times.
2: generally good rolling terrain, but regularly gnarly stretches.
Sometimes you have to push or carry your bike but this never is very long.
3: with long & tough stretches and/or longer pushing/carrying, depending on your skills and guts.
Keep in mind that the raids are rated in normal conditions, adverse or extreme weather conditions, or even a simple rain shower at the wrong moment can change the rating drastically...
